| Although
the TAAU message
board is an excellent source for news and events, we wanted
to do more, and so in the tradition of all the big US-based
news sites out there, we have assembled a team of reporters
to constantly update this section each and every day for you.
As there are already a number of excellent international news
sites out there, we have decided to dedicate this section to
Australian-specific information only, all of which we receive
direct from our contacts at Hasbro, Madman, Atari and, of course,
the hundreds of TAAU members out there who visit the site each
and every day to report their findings, so if you want to keep
up-to-date with local news and events, this is the place to
be! |

NEW TF CLASSICS MINI-CON PACKS AND DELUXES IN STORES
Thanks to TAAU board member Fit For Natalie for alerting us all to some good news - the latest wave of Transformers Classics figures have reached Australian toy store shelves.
FFN found Grimlock, Mirage and the all-new Mini-con sculpts (including the Dinobot and Demolition teams) at Myer, Parramatta. The deluxe-sized figures would have set him back $29.95 each but, at their sale price, were $23.96.
Not to be outdone, board member i_amtrunks reports a sighting of the same batch of figures at Myer in Sydney's Pitt St mall for the same prices.
