| Although
the TAAU message
board is an excellent source for news and events, we wanted
to do more, and so in the tradition of all the big US-based
news sites out there, we have assembled a team of reporters
to constantly update this section each and every day for you.
As there are already a number of excellent international news
sites out there, we have decided to dedicate this section to
Australian-specific information only, all of which we receive
direct from our contacts at Hasbro, Madman, Atari and, of course,
the hundreds of TAAU members out there who visit the site each
and every day to report their findings, so if you want to keep
up-to-date with local news and events, this is the place to
be! |

EVAC IN ADELAIDE, DELUXES IN NSW
The mighty guardian of Earth's planet key, Evac, has been sighted at Toys R Us in Rundle Mall, Adelaide. Interestingly, the store's computers are not able to register the price of the latest Cybertron release, but it's likely he will be on sale for the same price as the rest of the Mega sized figures.
TRU had two Evac toys in stock, having unpacked a new truck-load last night. They also have plenty of Leobreaker and Mudflap toys in stock.
Meanwhile, long-time TAAUer Vert is the first to spy the Wave 3.5 deluxe figures! Blurr, Buzzsaw and Runabout were found in a K-Mart store north of Sydney which, hopefully, means Sideways, Snarl and Longrack are making their way to shelves as well.
Cross-out your Christmas lists, ladies and gentlebots, and start re-writing - there's new Transformer goodness out there to be had!
