Although the TAAU message board is an excellent source for news and events, we wanted to do more, and so in the tradition of all the big US-based news sites out there, we have assembled a team of reporters to constantly update this section each and every day for you. As there are already a number of excellent international news sites out there, we have decided to dedicate this section to Australian-specific information only, all of which we receive direct from our contacts at Hasbro, Madman, Atari and, of course, the hundreds of TAAU members out there who visit the site each and every day to report their findings, so if you want to keep up-to-date with local news and events, this is the place to be!

ENERGON DINOS OFF THE EXTINCTION LIST

Laserbeak promised and Toys 'R' Us has delivered - Grimlock and Swoop, the Energon Dinobots, have returned to store shelves!

The prehistoric duo were sighted last night at TRU Adelaide, along with their fellow Autobot Wingsaber, the G1 Starsaber homage who can combine with Optimus Prime.

And as we know from past experience, if the toys have reached Adelaide then they have to be in the other states already, so start hunting them down, folks!

In other news, TAAU board member reillyd reports finding a new wave of Energon basic combiner limbs - including the remaining pieces of Superion Maximus and Constructicon Maximus - at Big W in Runaway Bay. The wave also includes the first two basic-sized members of the Energon Combaticons.
