As
far as toy collections go, Vert's is almost legendary here
in Australia! It needs little introduction, but if you've
been out of the loop for some time, or have just started collecting
Transformers again, then this is what you can aspire to one
day, but be warned, you'll need a lot of time, dedication
and money to achieve the 850+ figures, spanning every single
Transformers line, which Vert has managed to amass over the
years.
"I've been collecting them since late 1984 and have never
stopped," says Vert. "My Pride and joy would have
to be my G1 Megatron which I had silver plated. Then come
all of the other 84, 85 bots and my Brave Max." When
asked about his best find, he said, "That's hard to say.
I got a G1 Megatron MIB for $50 four years ago and a MIB Metroplex
for $16 once."
No
matter what the size of your Transformers collection - big
or small - if you've got some decent pictures of your bots
and would like to show them off to your friends, family or
